I think you can get Paralyze stage from a Wazzup trader. There's also the Blue Mystery Wave that's in the Museum. As for the grenade, try either traders or the Wazzup line GMWs. Try going to the 10-card traders, and then after awhile if that doesn't work, go to the 5-card one (save before using them, then put in a whole lot, and wait until you get tired. Then reset and go to a different one. The game doesn't save after using one because each card is going to be in the same spot. The same applies to GMWs, so if you go to one looking for a card, don't do the save then do it and reset if you don't get it trick, you'll keep getting the same thing so you'll have to wave out and then wave in every time in order to get something different.)
