I uninstalled that game a LONG time ago because I didn't have the graphics capacity to run the game. But I've been hearing about the prompt that asks for the registration code from the "CD" when you start up the game.
I have a friend who just recently got into the game about a month or two ago.

The Sean Bell shooting incident took place in the New York City borough of Queens on November 25, 2006 in which, 3 unarmed African-American men were shot at 50 times by plainclothes NYPD officers, resulting in the death of one of the men, Sean Bell, on the morning of his wedding day, and severely wounding two of his friends.
