Well, I chose Cyndaquil as my starter. And Flame Wheel is a great attack for it, because one of the first fire attack it learns is Ember, a weakish attack. So My Quilava was about to evovle into it's last evolution stage, but it STILL never learned Flame Wheel! And I was still stuck with Ember. So I had an idea, I borrowed my friend's DS, and he used his Pokemon Diamond, and I traded my Quilava to him, I used his DS, and when to the Move Tutor, and Quilava was finally able to learn Flame Wheel!...
