Yep, at first I feared the same.
But when I heard that Mr. Metroid and 2 other key developers of the MF staff were the other half of Project M (the studio created for this occasion), then Other M will be a fantastic Metroid game!

Yes, I thinks so too.

It is good that one part of the Other M knows how to make a fantastic game.
Luckily the other side of Other M staff (from the Metroid Fusion staff) ensures it is still a Metroid game without having too much action.

I am planning to buy only a few games that are really cool like the 2D action games from Capcom, Irem, Konami plus possibly a few RPG's like Star Ocean 1 and Tales of Eternia.
