You should probably get yourself A Red Poster Award since now you could request award to yourself, your choice. :D

Here is the answer:
1. Save the picture to album.
2. Click your album.
3. Click on one of your album.
4. Click the picture.
5. Scroll down till you see the link it given of picture url, you might see it, and copy it.
6. Go to Customize Profile.
7. Paste it at Background Image.
8. Click on Save Changes.
Make sure edit detail have no codes that is located at the big box of Custom CSS, it need to be empty to make it work. And also make sure that the album have been set to Public to make the background images work.
If you need songs to your profile, here is the answer:
1. Go to User CP
2. Go to Widget Manager (beta)
3. Go to Manage Your Widget
4. Go to Mp3 Player
5. Release the link that play the song that is located at the Music URL.
6. Paste the link at the Music URL since you copy the link I gave you.
7. Go to Get Widget on either top or bottom.
8. Finally, go to your profile.
What song do you need? I got all the game songs that includes Super Smash Bros. Series, Paper Mario Series, and even some other Nintendo and Sonic game Series.
