if ur a pokemon fan just waiting to train super good well i have an idea
1.weak pokemon-go up of solceon town and go were two breeders are then us ur v.s seeker and fight the 2 breeders only wen u fight later on u will see a happiny wen u kill it it will give u 1236 or less xp just keep on doing it till ur pokemon rans out of pp or they all die.
2.strong pokemon-keep on fighting the elite 4 and keep doing it till the certain level u want.
