Yeh, it sucks. I mean they could bend some rules, but it requires too much work and it is a lot of hassle. Especially if you're turning 18 in a few months.
My manager is trying to make me an ASM, but there are no stores around me that require one, so I'm on the waiting list
. It sucks because since I don't have a car, my options are reduced to about 5 stores.

But the site is falling apart.
Seems like a little re-order needs to come about.
Sure there's a nice new base of members that don't care.
But what about us older members. I've been here from the VERY beginning of friendcodes. Since the blue layout with yellow pluses when we used phBB xDDD. And I've seen all the changes. The staff has changed the most. New waves come and go like it's no joke. You can't just say "Oh well the new members see no problem"...
