I've beaten both recently and The boss at the end of Tooie was insane. It was arguably the hardest boss I've ever had to defeat. I wouldn't had beaten it if it weren't for the health regenerating powerup you can get. You should try to fight Grunty at the end of that game, shes way harder than she was in Kazooie.
