Mm, this I know. I was staff when this site was given birth to. ;D
IMO its just a tad hostile, hell, it always has been. Its just about power and your name being recognized. <3 :P

I ask that our writers continue to write because 1) It's their passion and they're good at it, and 2) because they volunteered for the job.

If they don't want the job, they don't have to write.

Just wondering how you can demand our writers to write, when its a freelance thing? As in, no pay. :|
