    Ah c all of us athletes have our little bruises well not exactly little in our cases I was like u not being able to walk sometimes with it especially getting out of bed in the morning oh man I bet it was the same 4 u huh.

    I had something similar happen with my hip back in 7th Grade. Some huge guys rammed me during a soccer guy and jarred my hip Couldn't hardly walk without wincing pain for the next two months. And it still has minor ffects today (i.e. muscle memory of the pain ocassionaly rears itsu gly head).

    well it wasn't a crazy fracture just a minor one it was in my lowest vertebrate though it really started bugging me this year though like whenever I hit or stand and sit 4 long periods of time. Yeah the doc said I was lucky but it was a pain tolerance injury it wouldn't get worse he said but the pain would b constant,

    Dude, that sucks. I feel sorry for ya with that.

    You're kind of lucky in a way, though. A lot of people who fracture vertbrae become paralyzed because it ••••s with their nervous system.

    yeah well don't do them they can screw ur back up big time like me I have a bad back because I have been doing them 4 5 years I stopped last year because I fractured a vertebrate in my back but the doc also said that squats had been weakening my back in the first place just so just do body squats. Like a frog huh thats kinda funny.

    Squats? Ha! The only time we ever use those is during some of our strectch sessions, and all we have to do then is sit like a frog. XD
