The servers are supposed to go offline every Tuesday from 12am to 4am PST for maintenance. Was it during this time you were tying to get on?

At least it's 12 AM to 4 AM instead of PM ha.

Anyways,if that wasnt the time,it's probably either:
-Overload of people now
or
-They are just fine tuning it before even more people get the game

So Nintendo even says it might be an issue with the servers for this code. Try reconnecting later and see if it'll work.

I read somewhere on Gamefaqs I think that some dude fixed this problem by simply turning on Wiiconnect 24. Try that.
