Christmas is around the corner, so Nintendo’s online catalogue is being filled up even more. Today’s WiiWare update will allow players in PAL regions to purchase 4 new titles. One of these is the critically acclaimed ‘World of Goo’.
This puzzle game relies heavily on physics, as you’ll have to be building bridges and various other contraptions to get your ‘Goos’ to the exit. World of Goo features multiple game modes. One requires you to build a tower as high as possible.
World of Goo has already won several awards, one of which was for ‘Design Innovation’, an award given out at the Independent Games Festival held earlier this year. The game will cost 1500

Next to World of Goo, you’ll be able to purchase Art Style: Orbient, and is a also game that received a quite positive reception. It’s the second WiiWare title of developer ‘slip Ltd.’ and was nominated by IGN for several awards, including those for most innovative design and best action game.
In this puzzle game you’ll have to control a white star and grow larger by absorbing nearby blue stars with the goal of eventually growing large enough to equal the size of a certain target star. This all revolves around in intricate control scheme. Art Style: Orbient is yours for 600

For the classical puzzle fans, Sudoku Challenge! will be a more popular download. For a mere 500
Wii Points you’ll have over 100,000,000 Sudoku’s to solve! Don’t worry; there are several difficulty levels, so even the hardened Sudoku fans will be in for a challenge.
The fourth and final game that’s available is Niki – Rock ‘n’ Ball. This is an action game which requires you to defeat all enemies on the playing field and collect six ZeLeLi in a certain sequence. As enemies will be respawning constantly, so you’ll have to do this all as fast as possible while at the same time trying to counter all enemies before the stage gets flooded.
