Many have heard of the legendary Pokemon Arceus (and many already have him, dirty cheaters), and know that very little is known about his past. A little bit of background for those who don’t know—he is said to have hatched from an egg when there was nothing, and shaped the universe with his 1,000 hands (according to the Pokedex entries in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.)
There really isn’t much else known about this mysterious Pokemon, but that could all change with the release of the newest Pokemon movie Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime, which will be released July 18th of this year in Japan (US release date not yet set). A limited edition Arceus will be distributed to those attending, and you’ll be able to unlock new information about the God Pokemon.
Also, if you pre-order the new remakes, you’ll get a spiffy Pikachu-colored Pichu with Volt Tackle, Endeavor, Endure, Charge, and an Everstone. This needs to be transferred to your HG/SS, and will trigger an unknown event later on in the game involving this little guy—
--the notched-ear Pichu that will be starring in Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime.
This information is confirmed in the Japanese magazine Famitsu, along with a general recap of the information released thus far. Along with the unlockables, the menu screen has been completely re-vamped. Instead of needing to press X to access the menu, you can simply touch the proper button on the lower screen.

Whoa, a little strange that a Pichu would know fly and surf :S. The little ear looks funny :P, can't wait for the new movie, all of the Pokemon movies are interesting to me.
