One thing that many gamers often complain about when bad talking the Nintendo
Wii is the lack movie playback on the console. Well good news
wii owners because that’s subject to change! As of today Fujisoft and Sonic Solutions are teaming to bring Hollywood movies to the Nintendo
Wii.
As of now it’s a Japan only release but they will be releasing to the rest of the world soon.
These movies will be up for download using Fujisofts new “Minna no Theater
Wii” Channel or, “Everyone’s Theater
Wii” in English. So far only Paramount has signed the agreement to bring movies to this channel but with the
wii's huge popularity there are sure to be loads of other movie companies who'll be signing on.
No word yet on how much these movies will cost or if the channel itself will be free or not.
