Wii Bowling Ball

Most of you have probably noticed the thread posted on the forums about this. I'll explain how this ball of terror will function. The ball opens (if you can somehow open a real bowling ball... send pics) and you put the Wii remote inside.

On the top you see arrow buttons, I assume for positioning. In the picture you see the end of the wrist strap, yet conveniently you don't see the part that actually connects to the ball. I can only hope it doesn't match the remote's secure of string. Plus, it's made of that extremely uncomfortable plastic that will inevitably dig into your wrist on every flick.

It has three holes, like a bowling ball, that don't show in the picture. This means that the thing you're holding onto the bowling ball with is opposite the side of opening it. I see Wii remotes falling out onto hard-wood floors.

Needless to say, poor design will make this flying lawsuit a huge trouble.

Re: Wii Bowling Ball

This will protect the Wii Remote from hitting the TV/wall, thus only damaging the ball... genius!

You covered this much more than I did, I didn't even know the fully flawed design.

Re: Wii Bowling Ball

Wait whats that?I think its the smell of *sniiiiiiiiiiff*...a lawsuit...

Seriously,i can see it all now:

Mom: OMG!!!Bob!?!What happened?
Bob...because that name is awesome:I thought i was "in the game"..."i mean...zone"
Mom:Whats that supposed to mean?
Bob:I mean,i actually thought i was bowling...
Mom:But honey,look at the room,the TV!!!
Bob:Its ok mom,2 good things came out of it
Mom:What could be good about over $3000 worth of property dmg?
Bob:1)I got 2 strikes and 3 spares. 2)The bowling ball protected my Wii Remote...I dont need to shell out another 20 bucks...

Or incident 2.You swing the bowling ball at the TV.It opens.Wii remote goes flying out AT the TV...Mommy,i need a new TV...

Im really getting sick of all these Wii-Remote apps.I mean c'mon, the zapper was fine.It made FPSs somewhat easier to play. But then you get 4 ripoffs of the Wii Zapper, and now we are getting Wii-Remote lightsabers, bowling balls...Dang,when will the child abuse stop?!?
