In a brief interview with 1up.com, Warren Spector stated that
Wii MotionPlus will not be supported with Epic Mickey.

Interestingly enough, Spector did not immediately confirm or deny support of any other
Wii peripherals until asked. When the Vitality Sensor was reached, the interviewer joked that "some people online view your cryptic 'hearts are important' comment as a hint about Vitality Sensor support." To which Spector responded:

Does this mean we'll see Vitality Sensor being supported by Epic Mickey? Maybe. Spector didn't exactly deny that the game would use it, but didn't confirm it, either. Only time will tell.
