Banned PSN gamer sues Nintendo and Microsoft. - 11-20-09
In September, a banned Playstation Network gamer sued Sony and didn't do so well, as the case was dismissed. Eager for a win, he now sued Nintendo for the latest Wii update that disabled the Wii Homebrew Channel and Microsoft for the Red Ring of Death he got on his Xbox360.

Lol I think he hasn't got the consoles aswell but thats not what evryone is bothered about.

ZOMGWTFBBQSAUCE.

I heard about this on GP and I have to say, the guy's a damn loony. If he has enough money to afford all three consoles, why can't he just buy movies instead, or play games online? Not to mention it's full of holes anyway since he admitted that he modified his Wii, and generally when you mod a system, the major intent is to pirate (I highly doubt the homebrew ware is just SO good you'd risk bricking your system). Nintendo just has to say that and the case is closed. The guy's also BSing about the RRoD thing; Microsoft extended the warranty for it to 3 years and even then the issue is big enough that they'd probably fix it for free anyway if they don't want an entire community suing the ever loving crap out of them for selling a fraudulent product. There's even the initial warranty the guy had, there's pretty much no way he could be telling the truth about having to fork out 100 bucks to get it fixed, and even IF it were true, he apparently gets enough money to not even worry about that sort of thing in the first place.

he's a big baby:S. he's sueing nintendo AND microsoft because he was banned from PLAYSTAITION. i still don't understand why he had to bring NINTENDO into this. we didn't even do anything, except what we had or needed to do.
