If you read my post I wasn't saying anything like that...
I was explaining why a hacker can't damage someones cart over wifi
and while i'm sure Nintendo won't be able to stop the AR hackers I'm sure they could stop the "uban" hacks (If the code doesn't exist, don't let them connect!) but they wont.
Nintendo never seem to care about wifi hacking, I hope they sort their act out soon.

And i am getting kinda mad somebody venusaur knew flamethrower. and he had all shinys. making me mad and jealous. U dont need an ar because u can trade for all the pokemon them hatch them in an egg. thats the best way. Now pokemon shouldnt be banned if there gotten fair on the game just only if u recieved them off an ar. my pokemon are really strong but i traded them to my cuz after i ev train. he makes them even stronger. and i beat several ar users with those pokemon. If u dont want them to use an ar try to put an ar blocker on the game or somthing. they need to do that for the next one. Then people just use the ar and make the game boring.

The people who got the codes originally will have used some form of reading the memory (theres homebrew apps which can do this) and viewing the stats as they change etc.
Also
Using Action Replay does NOT make you a hacker. It makes you lame... Seriously, real hackers figure things out for themselves, usually more for the fun of learning than for the rewards (false stats).
I'd be surprised if most AR users could figure out a AR code by themselves never mind find out a full hack themselves.
Maybe we need a new term for AR users as hackers certainly isn't a good description.
