Would you believe me if I told you another Zelda game for Wii?

Another Zelda game? No real surprise.

Sword fighting and vastly different controlling schemes? That’s a surprise, especially coming from Eiji Aonuma:

Once the Zelda director seemed to be wrapping up his Zelda discussion, he changed gears entirely and started talking about plans for the upcoming Wii Zelda, shocking the audience.

He had almost a kid-like excitement with the way he talked about the title, and wanted to release as much information as possible, but couldn’t because Miyamoto demanded him to not to reveal to much information.

I like writer Steve Wysowski’s suggestion of controlling Link with the Balance Board. It also makes me wonder how much cooler a lightsaber game could be if it also used the Balance Board. All that would be missing would be the artery-cleaning effect of Darth Maul’s saber jammed through your chest.

NinBoy's Thoughts: I can't believe Nintendo is pulling something like this again. Maybe just Maybe they'll have something thats real extraordinary and separates the past Zelda games from the future ones.

The release date is pretty much self- explanatory, late 2008. But if its going to be a great game, its worth the wait to me.

I also believe Nintendo is really putting something into this title, something new or different. Maybe a big twist or turn to really turn the story or game-play around. Can you say "online fighting"??

To me though, it sounds like its the next generation of The Legend of Zelda!
