The Countdown to the eGames & Entertainment Expo Begins
The count down began today. In just one month, The Second Annual eGames & Entertainment Expo, in Melbourne, lights the torches to the "games heaven" for all the new games from game companies around the world, and that's including Nintendo.
Organizers of the event explained their predictions for the Expo. They say it's going to be a "games heaven" as soon as it begins. They're anticipating something exciting for all, but we'll have to just wait and see.
"The enormous success of our inaugural eGames & Entertainment Expo last year has seen the expo recognized by all the big names as the place to launch and showcase their new products to the Australian market," said Noel Gray, the Managing Director of Australasian Exhibitions & Events.
With Nintendo attending, means something big, something possibly huge. While not much has been said on what Nintendo will be releasing nor what they'll be announcing, other game developers and publishers have.
EA plans to kick off games including it's new PC title, Crysis, Microsoft will, of course, have Halo 3 play-offs, Activision will have games such as Guitar Hero III, and Auran Games will shed some light on it's Australian-made Fury. Other exhibitors, including Sony and Ubisoft, plan on a few demonstrations for some never-before-seen titles. So be looking forward to that.
"We are looking forward to seeing our visitors wow-ed again at this year’s expo. There will be so much to do, see and enjoy – visitors will be in for a great ride when they step in the door at eGames," Gray added.
The Expo plans to open on Friday, November 16 and continue through weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
