A new Nintendo DS attachment. - 11-26-07

Don't have a Nintendo Wii yet? How about the old Famicom (NES), or is it still even working? I bet most people miss playing their old Famicom games, those classics like The Legend of Zelda, Mario Bros and the list could go on.

Now where is this...

Sadly though, there is no information on whether or not this little device will be hitting stores outside of Japan, and only time will tell. What do you think readers?
Little? That things bigger than the Eiffel Tower!

Re: A new Nintendo DS attachment.

Is this an Official Nintendo product? If so, it will probably reach North America. But where would people buy these games?

Lightbulb Re: A new Nintendo DS attachment.

I have something EXACTLY like this- only its for the GBA SP. Its called a fami- eight. It plays famicom games(60 pin) but it needs a converter(included) to play NES games(72 pin). You can buy them on ebay for ten dollars!:D

Re: A new Nintendo DS attachment.

If this is released in america and plays NES games, I'm getting it, no doubt.
Although, I still play NES, the actual console, but I would love to go to school playing old school (no pun intended) games like Contra and Kid Icarus.
This is my kind of device.
OH CRAP! bad thought.
I have a DS phat, it'll most likely only work with a Lite.
I iz sad nowz.
