Super Mario Galaxy makes Game Trailers' Game of 2007. - 01-01-08

Since Super Mario Galaxy's release, game experts have been saying that it was a golden nominee for Game of the Year. Although it isn't the Game of 2007 yet, according to Game Trailers, it is.

Game Trailers has made a video showing off all their finalists for Game of the Year 2007....

i disagree on the story part... its always the same story with mario: peach gets captured by bowser, and you have to go save her. awesome.
the graphics are good, i agree..
but not really any replay value.
good ending..not great
pointless unlockable(you spent hours getting all 120 stars, now do it with a green guy!)

This game really surprised me. It was also gamespot's game of the year.

Same with Gamespot. It's amazing how even though the Wii is put down it wins in the end.

now your just being biased towards mario.

Gameplay: "It's better!" no its not better. its just new. wing cap > bee shroom

story sucked. Mario games have never been strong in storylines. also, its the same thing as 64 except instead of paintings there are galaxies.

Graphics are the best for the wii, like i said. but it can't compare to 360 or PS3 graphics.

the ending was lame.

greatest unlockable? not even good. beast492 already stated it:
