Re: Sega brings 3 new platforms to the Wii Virtual Console.

The Dreamcast was Sega's biggest failure, seeing as how it focused too much on raw power, which was not necessary for games of it's time, they did not include a selection of many good games and barely knew how to market the ones they had. Sony knew how to market games, and Nintendo knew simply how to make thoroughly quality games... Sega didn't have either of these going for them, at least in the time of the dreamcast, I guess that's why it wasn't included.

It's great that Sega are providing new platforms for Virtual Console though... it'll certainly make Sega fans happy.

It was more like a portable Genesis. I had one and I think the system was very overlooked. Maybe because it took six freaking AA batteries. Also I had a Master System. Aztec Adventure, Space Harrier, Alex Kidd, all were great titles.

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic (I'm a bit tired right now), but Dreamcast games would be too huge to put on a SD card (not many games, at a max about 1-4)...
Nice find, I didn't expect a portable system to be on the VC.

Re: Sega brings 3 new platforms to the Wii Virtual Console.

Although Sega is not my favorite, I don't mind getting any more consoles for the VC, so why not?
The Dreamcast games should be put on, although it was a failure, a lot of people would try some of the games like Soulcalibur and what not.

I doubt it, although I'd hope for it. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 remakes with online Chao World modes would be instant sale. If not on the Wii, then the Xbox 360.
