Famitsu Magazine interviews Shigeru Miyamoto - 01-30-08

In the 1000th issue of Famitsu Magazine, a gaming magazine, Shigeru Miyamoto was interviewed. Miyamoto gave out interesting details of future plans and titles for the Nintendo Wii and DS.

Just because Nintendo isn't dropping any huge titles on our heads, doesn't mean its a boring year.. Theres a lot of fat releasing! First of all, I'm getting the new Ninja Gaiden DS game..!
I can hardly wait..!!

They need to stop making little improvements to DS here and there. I love DS but make a new system for all I care because I don't want to have to buy something new after I bought my DS a couple months ago.

Yeah, I know!
I just hope they make it for the DS..! A huge adventure with all the features;
riding horses, running around, sailing, swimming and flying...(with wifi battles, obviously!!)

Like we need another DS.

I think we need something along the lines of an attachment for the DS. Not one that you directly attach to, but one that you connect to wirelessly in order for the player to do something interestingly new (Finger Dance Dance Revolution?)

New colors for the DS lite maybe, but a new DS is asking for too much.

Kinda like the GameBoy Micro. It was great and all, but not exactly what consumers needed.

This is not a new concept for the DS. Its been around for years if you were in to the programing sector.. It's just that Nintendo has not yet done this..!

oh ok like a ds format wiiware thing.. that could work i guess... but the ds has no hard drive... how would 1 download something to it?
