It would be nice to have downloadable content. I think games need to start moving that way and being able to enhance games longer.
It bothers me for example that we need to have a Madden 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, etc. when the only real big difference is the rosters of players, unless like for the
Wii, when your adding a new control scheme. What real advances has the Madden series made over the last few years that forces you to get each game every year. I think if the emphasis is not swinging towards downloadable content, it should.
But in terms of Brawl getting it, unless I see an official Nintendo release stating it's coming out and my
Wii console's light flashing with an update for it, I'm not going to believe it.
But we all remember what happened when somebody let loose a rumor about Sonic and Tails being in Melee, and look what it got us now.
