Nintendo Power announces Trauma Centre 2 for the Nintendo DS

As many of you know, Trauma Centre: Under the Knife was released for the Nintendo DS in 2005. It was one of the first games to be released for the DS. It was a really fun game. The object of the game was to perform surgeries. You had to use the stylus as your scalpel, laser, syringe, magnifying glass, and more! It's a really fun game. Well in the next issue of Nintendo Power, it says that Trauma Centre 2 will be announced in the next issue. This will be in the May issue of Nintendo Power.

As for my thoughts, I would love a new Trauma Centre for the Nintendo DS! I really liked the first one. It is one of the best and most entertaining games out right now. If you haven't been into the Trauma Centre series, and you have a Nintendo DS, then I recommend you all to do play Trauma Centre: Under the Knife. You guys will love it!

Ehh... I was never really all that interested in these games. They are pretty cool though.
P.S. Did you spell center wrong, or is there two ways to spell it?

It's Centre when your refering to a building or place and it's center when your refering to the center of something. Like a center of a lollypop.

I was wondering if they were ever going to come out with another one for the DS. I loved Under the knife, it was really hard to find it in stores when it first came out.. They didn't come out with a lot of copies for the game..

I'd buy it. Second Opinion and New Blood were better than Under the Knife in my opinion though.

Re: Nintendo Power announces Trauma Centre 2 for the Nintendo DS

It's going to be basically New Blood ported to DS, and not an entirely new title, right? It would make sense. The first one was originally for DS, so I don't see why they would make the 2nd one for it as well, even though it's been out for Wii for quite some time. It'll probably lose a lot of the voice acting though, since the DS might not be able to handle it all. Pretty much every spoken line in the game had voice acting on the Wii version, which really enhanced the experience over Second Opinion. Still, even without voice acting I'm sure those without a Wii can still enjoy the game on DS. It's a pretty solid series either way.
