Famitsu has recently tested out the much anticipated
Wii racer, Mario Kart
Wii and not surprisingly, the title was rewarded with a high score. As you know, titles are marked out of 40. Only a handful of titles have gotten a perfect score such as Nintendogs, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and of course, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. So how has Mario Kart
Wii fared? Did it score as high as Super Smash Bros. Brawl?
No, it did not. However, it did manage to be rewarded a score of 37/40, which is still a very high achievement nonetheless. The game is set to release in all the major regions during April starting in Japan on the 10th, moving on to Europe and Australia and then hitting America on the 27th.
Nintendo now has two possible nominees for Game of the Year 2008.
