Really? Because if I'm not mistaken PS2 is still beating out the PS3 in sales and games are still being produced for the PS2. Alright buddy, so your saying that the PS2 didn't overtake the PS1 eventually, and the Xbox 360 didn't overtake the Xbox eventually, the Wii didn't overtake the Gamecube eventually. If thats what your saying, then your the fool. The PS3 hasn't even been out long enough to outsell the PS2. And you spelt 'pwnd' wrong, wtf does pawned mean.

Btw, The PS3 was released later of the three consoles (I think) so it had less time to sell.

Well that's just a matter of opinion. I , for one, wouldn't jump at the first toy with whistles and pretty lights. I also find it weird that you think placing a Blu-ray disc into a Blu-Ray player more convenient then placing a DVD Disc into a DVD player. Blu-ray doesn't exactly do anything to help that DVD collection you have either. So you're forced to either re- purchase all of your favorite titles in Blu-ray format, or watch them in standard definition. By the way, Blu-ray players play DVD's in poorer quality then standard DVD players since the component wires blur the picture. None of this tips the convenience scale in Blu-ray's direction, nor does it convince me that better picture and sound is worth all this trouble.

Ok bud, its called a future dude. IN THE FUTURE, people will have more Blu-ray players and use those for more Hi def videos. Did you see people going out to buy DVD players and then buy DVD versions of all the VHS they had? I doubt it....

Insults aside, I'll let things rest from here on out. I believe that I got my point across enough for you understand and it's obvious to me that you're not going to budge on your opinion anyway. All I can say that only time can tell the victor of this "argument."

i think that PS3s didn't sell so well because of the price, but that has dropped significantly.

i think that it will give the Wii a run for it's money
