Nintendo's Gamecube controllers have become extremely hard to find as of late, mostly due to the fact that Nintendo are no longer distributing them. Hearing the pleas of
Wii owners looking for Gamecube controllers, Nintendo has been working on a
snow white Gamecube Controller just for the
Wii. Although the controller looks to be an exact replica of the original Gamecube controller for good reason, there are a few nice changes that have been made.
The most notable change of course is the colour, which is now a friendly
Wii-White. In terms of button layout, the controller remains completely unchanged, down to every last button and joystick.

Seems like an ordinary Gamecube controller.
So, what major change did they make you ask?

Do you see it?
If you can't see, let's take a closer look.

O.O'
Yes, taking the next best step away from wireless, Nintendo has greatly increased the size of the new controller's cable. Judging by those pictures, it's a pretty decent change, with the new controller seeming to span to almost twice the length of the original Gamecube controller. If they make it to Australia, I'll be picking a few up for sure.
Also, these controllers reportedly are available for
US$ 24.90 over at Play-Asia, which is hardly unreasonable.
