Sonic Team not developing Sonic Unleashed Wii. - 05-20-08
Surprise surprise. It seems that the 3D Sonic developer, Sonic Team, will not have any roll in developing the Wii version of the new Sonic Unleashed game. Instead, it seems that Dimps, the team behind Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure will be in charge.

Actually Capcom really wanted to bring back the old Megaman era, but the gamers bought too few of copies to warrant to continue the remake series of Powered-up and Maverick Hunter.

Capcom was almost done with Megaman Powered-up 2, but at the last minute it was canceled due the reason written in the 1st paragraph.
So you should blame the gamers not the companies.

But it is not all lost.
Thanks to DS, Wiiware, VC, PSN, Xbox Live Arcade, those 2d games can make a comeback.

SUPRISE!!! Wow, i guess this version will suck ( no offense ) but sonic rush and sonic rush adventure wasnt that great in my oppinion, just weird.

It's most likely susposed to be like sonic rush because Dimps made Sonic Rush. Sonic rush turned out great! So I guess this game has a chance. I just hope the controls aren't like The secret rings.Bleh

they (dimps) are in fact making this sonic on a 2D plane (that also shifts views from time to time) and also will have 3D graphics.

O crap... Im sorry, but they always make the wii version of a game available on the 360 and PS3 sucky. Look at guitar hero 3 and rock band. GH:3 doesn't have downloadable content yet and Rock Band wont even have downloadable content. They take out all cool stuff and put in the crappy stuff. This game will surely suck. No offense.

they made up 4 the lack of dlc by giving us extra discs from rock band.;)
