In a recent Video Special, by Ken Lobb [creative director of Microsoft Game Studios], Ken Lobb talks about the highly anticipated game Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts for the Xbox 360. Surely we all think that this game will be all racing and none of classic platformer gameplay. That is sort of...

Re: Ken Lobb confirms a motion sensitive Xbox 360 controller?

How lame would it be if they did have a motion controller with the same degree of the wiimote and devs flocked to it and tried really hard to make great games!?
But then again, they could just get the Wii treatment. But I don't think MS is stupid enough to license so much trash...

I saw that too and was kinda confused =/

It could just be like the PS3 controller though.

Ya i watch that video last night and was wondering the same exact thing.

I just thought he ment the analog stick.

Also, this game better turn out to be a good platformer. I'll be reading lots of reviews when it comes out.

Re: Ken Lobb confirms a motion sensitive Xbox 360 controller?

Microsoft has already jumped on this and said that "There is no truth to this speculation. Ken's comment is in reference to rotating the left analog stick while hitting the X-button to move different things in the game." Clarified.;)

Re: Ken Lobb confirms a motion sensitive Xbox 360 controller?

If 20% of the game is platformer and the other 80% is vehicles/racing..... you can't really call that a "platform game" now can you?

You call that "Rare totally destroying a once good series". Seriously, there was nothing wrong with the originals on the Nintendo 64, why does Rare need to butcher all their games? (Conker Live and Reloaded anyone?)

Don beat me to it.
He was talking about the analog stick, so no motion sensing here.
