i think the best sonic games are sonic the hedghog next gen 1st then sonic adventure/dx 2nd then sonic adventure two/battle

i don't think the sword is the problem, its what he's gonna do with it. if it's gonna be all combat based (see Sonic the Werehog) in some parts and not in others then yeah, sonic team DID ruin it

I'm not sure people actually understand WHY he has a sword. Think about it. In Secret Rings, he was given a genie's ring as a weapon. Now he's in the Middle Ages. What's the obvious choice for a weapon here? A sword.
