Nintendo has just revealed that the demand for the
Wii is higher than expected this year. This is especially troubling for people who wish to buy one as it is coming towards the holiday season and everyone who wants a
Wii may not get one...again.
I suppose that this is a good thing for Nintendo: More sales=more money for them=more games for us.
Overall, Nintendo has increased it's profit forecast by 23%.
"As consumers in the United States and Europe snap up its game machines, Nintendo hiked forecasts for the
Wii six percent and for the
DS nine percent, pushing the company to the limits of current production capacity."
Overall, this is good news. I think the stock problem is mainly in America as supply in Ireland and the UK is generally good.
