Microsoft concedes: Nintendo win, but we'll fight for second place.

Microsoft concedes: Nintendo win, but we'll fight for second place.

Even with the 20 month head start, the Xbox 360 has fallen well behind the Wii in terms of worldwide sales. While the Xbox 360 sits on roughly 20 million units sold, the Wii has almost doubled it with a massive 35 million since it's launch in late 2006. With figures the way there are, the chances of the Xbox 360 catching up anytime soon are very slim, and it seems that Microsoft's vice president Don Mattrick sees that as an inevitability.

"I'm not at a point where I can say we're going to beat Nintendo, but we will sell more consoles this generation than Sony."
Sony currently sits on 15 million PS3's sold worldwide, which is only 5 million short of the Xbox 360. Will Microsoft be able to keep their Xbox 360 console selling this late in the game. Hey, another price drop before Christmas would be nice.

And comes out with the best ideas for consoles there is,
My Dad told me about 7 months ago,
That he read somewhere that Sony's next console Will have remotes Just like the Wii remotes,
Stealling idea's isnt a Good idea,
But it will sell for a cheap price and sell lots,
If What my dad told me is true anyway.

I personally prefer my 360 to my wii, and I think the 360 is the best console of this generation, and I own all 3 consoles.

Hey I was right!

Think of it like Disney.

Disney is a world wide phenomonea and no other movie making studio will ever achieve the status of Disney. That means, Disney, they have such a wide variety of viewers, they can do what ever they want and not loose momentum.

This has happened to Nintendo. It is a Juggernaut for the video gaming world. An unstoppable force. Their potential is unlimited, and I know for a fact, if they really put themselves do the challenge, they could really leave the two in the dust.

Now, I'm not saying this because I am a fanboy (I'm not entirely one, I have a 360). But I am just comparing things. Disney was there at the beginning with Mickey Mouse and Snow White. The first animated full length cartoon movie. And has been there since. Nintendo is like this as they have been there from the beginning (almost) with Mario, Link, Samus, and a whole array of characters in their own games. They have defeated Atari and Sega. I don't think Nintendo is going down very easily (or atleast with out a fight).

Really, Microsoft has still made the most money.Microsoft has alot more games out,the money people pay for Xbox Live,DLC, and the fact that a Xbox 360 costs more than a Wii.
