Do you power off your 3DS or just put it to sleep?

I always turn mines off and i never put my 3DS to sleep before. What about you Guys

I put mine in Sleep Mode only when I'm going for a walk to get Play Coins. I heard it kills the battery life to keep it in Sleep Mode while it charges ,but the person that told me that had no source so someone should confirm, or unconfirm, that.

Personally I keep my 3Ds in sleep mode. It's like a mini Wii which is also like Wii connect 24. It recives it's updates in sleep mode too. I think since powering on I've turned the 3DS off only a handfull of times. One time I turned it off to change the SD card and that was over 2 months ago and it hasn't been turned off really for any lengh of time. I haven't noticed anything about the battery going dead sooner, but then again I don't play it for any lengh of time and not plug it in.

I keep my 3DS on sleep mode during the day, I have the NYKO battery pack so the battery life isnt a concern to me. If I know I'm not going to play it for awhile I turn it off.

Mine has not been shut off since I got it, I put it in sleep mode only although lately if its battery gets low I let it run completely dead to drain it, thats about it.

I usually had my 3DS on sleep mode if I was waiting for notifications or any Swapnotes. But other than that, I shut my 3DS off.
