I believe Nintendo is slowly giving the public hints one by one. a hint is even in d/p/pt's coding. and pokebeach pointed out a lot of hints and trends with gamefreak to give us some indication that a g/s/c remake may very well be in the making.

Sign me up, dude! If I recall, Pokemon Gold/Silver were longer than any other Pokemon game created because they let you explore two regions instead of one. If a remake let's you explore all 4 regions, it probably be epic. SIGN ME UP!

I'm glad to see they're finally making remakes of the legendary pokemon generation which was the same one that introduced me to Pokemon, 2 regions, 16 badges, and hours of fun gameplay
