I'm scared to death of swimming in the ocean and seeing those giant eel things, ever since playing Super Mario 64.
So am I.
I remember the first time I played the game - I was about 5 maybe?
Incredibly, I beat the game and got 95 stars. I still wonder how I did that when I was so young.
The greatest impact it had on me was the feeling of exploring new worlds, and solving the challenges. It opened up a whole new dimension in my gaming world; it was, and still is, my favorite game of all time. SM64 is a true gaming classic.
Hmm, I was 8 when I got it. I was grounded, and my dad got the first 5 stars that night. I've gotten 80 stars so far. I still haven't beaten it! I just figured out about the ice cave in the level in the mirror room.

The way I found that place was by accident. I was jumping into walls to find out if I could find anything in that room. It was a too suspicious room to just walk away from after finding nothing.
I actually remember going to blockbuster with my parents to rent a movie...
I saw a line of kids so I went and checked it out.
There was a kid ahead of me and he finally said here kid.
I remember running around the Castle just jumping everywhere...
I finally figured out what the doors lead to.
& just remember coming home trying to plan a strategic way to steal the N64 from Blockbuster...since my parents were not going to buy it for me until Birthday.
