Go ahead and note your personal experience with this game.

I am addicted to this game. It just all came together nicely. Still the falcons are worse than those enemies in Megaman two that constantly spawn.

I played the one for Sega back in the day. But I'm unsure of the title name. I absolutely loved doing those special elemental attacks that filled the entire screen. After I used them all I would reset the Genisis and do it all over again. I miss being a kid.

When I was a kid, me and my two brothers used to rent "Ninja Gaiden" on the NES. But here in Europe it came out as "Shadow Warrior". It was really hard, and I don't think we ever beat it back then.. I have completed the first game in later years, but never beat the second and third game.

It annoys me that you die instantly if you fall off the screen (even though there's an area below), but other than that it's a really good game.

I thought its okay I always thought of it as a Castlevania with deeper plot.

But still its a fun game overall.

Its damn hard. its more annoying then castlevania heck, its almost like ninja gaiden copyed castlevania....

I liked the game but I couldn't beat it. I was on the last act but once u get game over, u had to start from beginning of the last act instead of a check point like the other acts. Also back then, there were no saves so once u turn off ur nes, u had too start all over from beginning of the game. in Castlevania 1 I didn't mine starting over cuz it was short but ninja gaiden wasn't

the game had great cut seens and I think ninja gaiden 3 had a cut seen of blood on the floor.,,,,, Blood in a nes game???

I played the demo for the PS3 and wow was I amazed at this game. I'm thinking of picking up the original (if I can find it) based on the posts I've seen from this thread.
