There are a ton of bosses I loved. Ganon, Bowser, Turok bosses.

The Final Bowser in Super Mario 64, I called him Rainbow Bowser cuz he was all rainbow-like when you enter the pipe.

And Majora's Mask final boss

OoT bosses were too serious to be awesome, but Majora's, oh god WIN!

Also the last boss in CBFD was the alien from Alien the movie.
