The first zelda game

this game was awsome but the only problem was you could only stab and the good part was that you get a bigger shield and a blue potion wich restores all your life and buy a key if you didnt have any left but the other down side is you cant find that much money hehe but tell me what you peoples think

Flawless game.

The reason it had those challenges was to make it twice as hard. They didn't treat the NES gamers like children.

Whatever makes it difficult, I'm fine with it. Now, for masochist-mode, trying to beat the game without a sword makes those other difficulties seem insignificant :)

One of my favourite games ever. The Legend of Zelda II The Adventure of Link was as good, or even better.

Despite being the black sheep of the series, LoZ II was very fun indeed.

I liked it, the challenge and stuff was good and it was very non-linear since you could beat some of the dungeons in a weird order. The only problem was you had to get a guide to find out where to go.
