And, yes, when you beat the game, go to... I believe it's Phenac City? And down in the basement, there's a trading center. But you need to have a GBA, or GBA SP to do so, sense the trade is a wired trade.

And, the same goes for XD: Gale of Darkness, though you can use the purify chamber to purify more than one pokemon over the course of the game. This is also the only way to purify Shadow Lugia.

Yes, there is a Pokemon Colleseum, and a sequel (or prequal), Pokemon: Gale of Darkness. Both of these games are for the Nintendo Gamecube.

And you can transfer pokemon from both of these games, but you must purify the Pokemon first before doing so.

There are 3 time flutes in the game. One is given to you as you progress the story and the other two are hidden.

If you look for treasure thoroughly you're bound to find at least 1 hidden time flute. If you just don't have the talent/patience to find hidden treasure in video games you can always check Gamefaqs.

Anyway, im 100% sure you can transfer to R/S, but the other ones should also work.

You have to beat both Colosseum and the GBA game to transfer.
You also have to cure the shadow Pokemon

Yes there are 3 Time Flutes, two in Mt. Battle, first one for first visit the other one from beating the 100 trainers, and last one from finding the U-disk for the UFO.
