Devil X's superaltive reviews:Megaman 2 - 04-02-08

One of the best Megaman i think in the series is deffinitly the second one.
(don't mind the box art)

Megaman the blue bombader we all know and love. Fighting against 8 master robots. The first three were the best of its time once 4 came along i don't know it kind of got redundent. Though i did start picking up gaming until the N64 came out doesn't mean i know old games.
Airman, Woodman, Clashman, Metalman, Quickman, Bubbleman, Flashman, Heatman. Half of them are probably the best out of all the master robots.

This game also introduced sub items. Items allowing you to cross certain pathways easier(such as Item 2 making it easier to cross the dissapering blocks in Heatman's level.)

I am still having trouble at Dr.Willy's castle. With three parts to go no wonder its considered the hardest part in the game.

The music is amazing for an 8-bit game. Dr.Willy's castle area 1 is probably the catchiest with only a few loops it manages to make the song summary one simple word: "EPIC" another interesting thing is that this game also has a few puzzles mostly in bosses. Certain bosses are effected more by certain attacks some don't even effect at all(such as Buzzsaw to heat man. Strong hits Buzzsaw to Woodman)

This game is overall fun even though i am stuck at the Dragon i am still having a blast.

If you manage to find it. Play it or go online to an NES java script site and play it. I garantee you will have fun. This is actually the most addicitng Megaman game i ever played.

Good review, Megaman 2(GB) was my 1st Megaman and since then I followed the series.
You forgot 1 important feature that the first one didn't have: a password system.

It is called a robotmaster and the Blue Bomber, to set that straight.

i was actually trying to say Bombadier or something like that, but thanks for the robot master correction and the password system

What i also forgot to mention is this is the only megaman game that had a difficulty level during the NES era.

Remember you can always edit the post for new updates.

I am not sure, but Megaman 2 also introduced the slide move.
Two of my favourite robotmasters comes from Megaman 2, Metal Man and Wood Man.

What do you mean the only Megaman game with a difficulty level during the NES era?

I don't know if part 2 is hardest of the NES installments, since all are challenging.
