And Ling, if by combo grab, you mean Chain Grab, yes, you can still do that with Falco. It's just a little harder, I think.

Anyways, I loved Melee, first game on Gamecube I ever bought... extremely fun, gave tactic and show-off moves. Had fast pace battles each bout unlike Brawl. It's more rewarding if you did a combo compared to Brawl. The list could go on...

i liked pikachu on melee cause he kinda had a meteor smash with his tail when hes in the air. in brawl i cant do that anymore. :(
