mariokart wii! i got a mini toy mario kart because i bought it on release day! buying games on release days gives you big advantages over other people because you get to adapt to the controls quicker and learn more about the game,especially if its a wifi game!

Nintendogs and AWDS (okay, ONE day after release, but still!)
Chocobo Tales (that week)
Pokemon Pearl (that night)

Those are the ones I can think of right now.
