Homebrew isnt piracy, its just that with most homebrew comes piracy which is why Nintendo wants to stop homebrew.
Actually yes. Homebrew is Piracy. The people who made it more than likely went through the right channels & recieved a Wii game kit. It is in all reality hacking the firmware of a Wii Console & if nintendo wanted to they could sue the people who made it.

Actually no, homebrew is legal cause the games are not made by Nintendo and are free, and you dont have to have your firmware for homebrew on the Wii.

Actually Homebrew is legal. Custom Firmware is too. It's just what you do with it that isn't
no worries here, I have homebrew and im still going to update because there is a way of getting around it. all I have to do is install the bug the homebrew makers made and I will have both the updated version and the other version.
