Wii Update 3.4 Kills Homebrew... Again...

Ok this is enouth i say we ask them what the update did let's ge our facts write!

ok, you guys think they could watch you play any game? The fact of the matter is that they can't. All they could do is monitor what websites you go to or what games you play online. they can't actually watch what your playing. It's not like the tv is a nintendo product. Even if they can monitor us, what can they do about it if we do something wrong? Nothing thats what. you guys have nothing to worry about, unless you have homebrew dont update because it disables the bugs installed. Personally I dont think they can monitor us, its just a way of saying stop hacking the wii. All they can do is update the wii whenever a new update comes along nothing else. so don't update if you have Hbc until they find a way around it, which they will. I'm not updating until then

LOL. Good thing I decided not to update once I got Homebrew and all the Brawl+ codes.
WaveDashing/HitStun/S-Cancelling are just TOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOD. Much better then some guy watching what I do.

Now that I think about it, Sakurai is just gonna turn our Wii's off when we beat a Kirby/Meta Knight/Dedede. D:< lol

Okay guys, Obviousley I am invisible... I said they could! They probably only will if they think you are hacking and stuff! All they will do is disable all your VC games and lock your Wii shop. But considering you are hacking anyways you can just use an Emulator or something to get them back.

Nothing to get worked up about. I doubt it's true though. Ellefanning may have their sources, but Nintendo is probably just making you paranoid. I couldn't imagine someone being able to view your screen. WiiConnect24 turned off helps those paranoid about Nintendo seeing them playing a game. As for the internet channel, as stated before, your history can be seen at numerous places already. See, if Nintendo wanted to catch the homebrewers, they wouldn't post this information immediately. Every homebrewer knows not to update because the HBC needs to change versions.

yea i agree what redd said. its spying. i wouldnt want nintendo to shut wi fi when im on. one more thing. wtf is hombrew. is it the same thing on how you jack up the psp to download classic games on it.

You people are blowing this WAY out of proportion, it's not a big deal at all! The only thing you should worry about when updating is if you have home brew or anything else that Nintendo doesn't allow. Other than that you shouldn't be complaining about the update.
