This may sound weird, but a feature where you can change the graphic style so it would look like one of the old GB Pokemon games.

I know its never going to happen so, eh...

Random real time online battles.
Also, multiple lands(Kanto, Johto, etc.) Why did they ever get rid of that?

No more new pokemon...
