Probably FFIV. I'm about half-way through. But Advance Wars Dual Strike gave me a run for my money. Especially the Spiral Garden map. It took me 2 tries and on the 2nd I battled for about 3 hours and won. It was epic and probably the most fun I've had playing my DS.:)
