No it fails.
I do not care if it has the Conduit, ACCF or SSBB, it isn't a good idea to get. It will really add up in price after wiimotes, games and other useless attachments. You have a better shot getting an old gen ps3 and only buying used games. The
wii would cost a lot more in the long run. I only keep my
wii to play gamecube games cause I foolishly sold my GCN after I got the
wii.
The
wii generated so much hype after
wii sports and then the games haven't been to our imagination,
wii sports is exactly how we pictured it. It was a cute simple sports game to get people more involved with the system and taught you how it works and then the games started not being as fluid with the controls. That is when they brought the stupid trend of GCN control capabilities, instead of focusing on the wiimote thus the motion hasn't improved much. Wiimotion plus is supposed to remedy this, but instead of optimizing the original controller to the games, they just said "screw it" and made another add on to sap up our money. That isn't how innovation works.
The fact you can use motion with a standard controller is innovation which the PS3 took by storm and then the charging of the controller with the system is innovation from the 360.
Having a wiimote is like owning a GBC, always needing to replace batteries when they run out. Except everyone had a GBC for themselves instead of four.
