I think that the choice should be left to the devs. If they want to add in the safety mechs., then fine, but if they want to be more open, they should be allowed. A compromise could end in a label placed on the box, next to the wifi symbol perhaps?

I see the point, but it's not their fault they're so oblivious to these things. Then again, I still mercilessly strangle my cousin whenever he bombs at Zelda.

Non gamers can get annoying, especially when they try to talk to you about games. My little bro does this annoying thing where he starts to say how lame or stupid games that I'm playing (that he, of course, doesn't understand) are. That's when i have a problem with it. And when i strongly reprimand them.
